Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory counts and stock replenishment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and inventory continuity.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against packing lists to ensure correctness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in processing returns and managing damaged goods according to company protocol.
- Track and record daily productivity metrics and report discrepancies to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-hour shifts).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
