Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates through daily tasks and performance goals
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics team for seamless supply chain flow
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift evaluations to maintain quality standards
- Resolve operational challenges in real-time using data-driven decision-making
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance across all work areas
- Prepare shift reports and communicate key metrics to management team
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management success
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Valid Indiana driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
