Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone and ticketing system during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform routine server maintenance and system backups.
- Ensure all IT equipment is secure, functional, and properly configured.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and maintenance logs accurately.
- Collaborate with the weekday IT team to escalate complex issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
