Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Hardware & Software: Resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues remotely and on-site for employees.
- Manage Tickets: Log, track, and prioritize IT service tickets using our ticketing system (ServiceNow/Zendesk).
- Network Support: Assist in maintaining local area network (LAN) integrity and connectivity.
- User Support: Provide exceptional customer service and training to staff regarding software applications and security protocols.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all weekend maintenance adheres to company security standards and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent technical certification (CompTIA A+ preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or technical support roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
