Responsibilities
- Monitor server health and network performance during weekend shifts.
- Resolve escalated technical tickets and user support requests.
- Execute scheduled maintenance, patch management, and backups.
- Ensure data security and integrity across all systems.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to prepare for the week ahead.
- Document technical procedures and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or technical support.
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
