Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Issues: Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle orders, returns, and exchanges within the weekend window.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and account updates.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- System Updates: Utilize CRM software to update customer profiles and track issue resolution status.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company scripts and quality standards to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service or support experience preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues independently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
