Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional professionalism
- Process transactions accurately using our proprietary CRM system
- Resolve technical issues for enterprise clients with clear documentation

- Maintain organized records in Salesforce and internal databases

- Support on-site events and client demonstrations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday 8am-6pm)
