- Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot product issues for enterprise clients
- Document interactions in CRM system with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure consistent service quality
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff
- Contribute to weekend-specific process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in tech or SaaS industry
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently during high-pressure weekend shifts
- Weekend availability mandatory (both Saturday and Sunday)
