- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory and stockroom operations during weekend shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain store presentation standards
- Execute weekend promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
- Document customer feedback and operational insights for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-8PM)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory software
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for occasional store deliveries)
- Flexibility to cover holiday weekend shifts as needed
