Your Day-to-Day
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a memorable shopping experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and dedication are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and assist them with product inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of our products, promotions, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction scores.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and organizing stockrooms.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to listen actively to customers.
- Basic computer proficiency is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
