Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on service recovery.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (availability for weekend shifts is mandatory).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia location.
