Job Overview
Our weekend team plays a crucial role in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. You will be the face of our brand, assisting clients with inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process sales transactions, handle returns, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor and workspace.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless workflow.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management.
- Accurately input customer data into the company CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
