Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage team of 10-15 associates with scheduling and performance reviews
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient distribution workflows
- Train new staff on equipment operation and company procedures
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in logistics/supply chain
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution experience
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
