Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ person night shift team in warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols implementation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless 24/7 operations
- Conduct performance reviews and staff development initiatives
- Implement lean principles to reduce operational costs
- Generate daily performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid forklift certification and equipment experience
- Flexible availability for overnight/weekend shifts
