Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency using warehouse management systems (WMS) and digital tools
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce processing time
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA certification or forklift certification preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Valid California driver's license required
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred
