As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that every product is handled with care and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring accurate tracking and easy accessibility.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling, packaging, and verifying order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Operate scanning equipment to process incoming and outgoing stock and update inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and handle special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (OSHA compliant) is highly preferred.
- Basic computer skills for using warehouse management software or handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
