Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining strict inventory records.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and labeling products to ensure accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus but not required for entry-level.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required for material handling roles.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
