Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage materials onto delivery trucks with precision and speed.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move inventory throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Package and label shipments according to company standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality goals.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus (we offer training for the right candidates).
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
