Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from the shipping and receiving areas.
- Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Inspect, verify, and count incoming stock and materials against invoices and receipts.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counting activities.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to the Memphis facility.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
