Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Verify accuracy of inventory counts and perform basic data entry into our logistics management system.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck) with proper certification.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety compliance (OSHA standards).
- Assist in packing and shipping orders according to strict quality control protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily throughput targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with flexibility for overtime during the week.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
