Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized stock shelves.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying shipment contents against loading documents.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
