Your Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain. You will ensure that products are handled with care, processed efficiently, and shipped accurately to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to verify accuracy and condition.
- Sort, organize, and store merchandise in designated areas to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to identify and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
