Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels meet company standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets regulatory safety standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery with speed and precision.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
