Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean work area.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld devices.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
