Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation processes
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless warehouse operations and handovers
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to maximize operational efficiency
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (Monday-Friday)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- US work authorization and valid photo ID
