Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently to and from trucks and storage areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide paid training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license (Class B preferred).
