Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily productivity targets.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) and perform routine pre-shift inspections.
- Assist in inventory counting, stock organization, and cycle counts.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding order priorities and workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read pick tickets or packing slips.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
