Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely and efficiently handle inbound and outbound shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and coordinate inventory transfers using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet company standards and report any damages immediately.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with precision and speed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
