Responsibilities
- Manage daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Coordinate freight schedules with carriers and internal teams to prevent bottlenecks.
- Maintain detailed records of shipping logs, inventory levels, and delivery status.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Process shipping paperwork, bills of lading, and customs documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
