Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Receive and inspect incoming freight to ensure condition and accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (equivalent experience accepted).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia facility.
