Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Manage inventory with cycle counting and stock rotation
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification training available)
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control measures
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to North Las Vegas facility
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
