Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 night shift associates
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counting and audits
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition
- Address operational issues and implement process improvements
- Generate daily performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
- Valid driver's license preferred
