Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently
- Perform quality control checks on products before shipping
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Use warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Train new team members on safety protocols and operational procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with WMS software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Kansas City facility
