Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders within weekend shift deadlines
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment issues
- Train on new warehouse technologies and processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Flexible schedule availability (Friday/Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
