Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and loading docks.
- Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to transport heavy inventory safely.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness.
- Package and prepare products for shipment using appropriate materials and methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS) accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
