Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy scanning systems
- Maintain clean/safe work environment per OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Assist with monthly inventory counts
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipment goals
- Report equipment malfunctions to supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license (company vehicles available)
- Flexible availability including weekends if needed
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Team player with positive attitude
