Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
- Update inventory management systems in real-time to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work varied shifts, including overtime.
