Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move stock and materials within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and ensure outgoing packages meet quality standards.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to optimize workflow during peak weekend hours.
- Organization: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
