Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect products for damage and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Follow all safety protocols and housekeeping standards at all times to maintain a clean workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and quality targets.
- Assist in organizing stockrooms to ensure easy access for picking and packing.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for long periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning, counting, and inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
