Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the packing and shipping of orders using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
