Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, damage-free condition, and proper labeling.
- Organize inventory in designated storage zones to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and strict deadlines.
- Perform quality checks on orders before they leave the facility.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended shifts.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification during training).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Boston facility.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer skills for time tracking and inventory scanning.
