Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate receiving, stocking, and cycle counting of inventory to maintain stock levels.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labels are correct and items are secure.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure high-quality standards are met before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily production goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to the Phoenix facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
