What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our products are processed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and precision.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other staff members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid Forklift certification is a plus (we will train if you don't have one).
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work overtime when needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory tracking and order picking.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills required for team coordination.
