Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring accuracy of all incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Scan and track inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Package and label products for shipment, verifying addresses and ensuring proper packaging standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counts as requested by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience or logistics background is a plus but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
