Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for enterprise scalability and speed.
- Lead the architectural migration of legacy infrastructure to edge-computing environments to support real-time, low-latency data processing.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with 2026 market standards and future-proofing our stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, secure AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, transparency, and model interpretability to build trust with stakeholders.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering with a specific focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow; experience with Rust or Go is a plus.
- Proven track record of designing high-availability systems using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems theory, data structures, and algorithm optimization.
