Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technology vision and execution plan that aligns with business goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead AI Transformation: Spearhead the integration of Agentic AI and autonomous systems into daily workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and board members to secure buy-in for futuristic initiatives.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives into emerging tech trends, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Culture Building: Foster a forward-thinking culture that embraces disruption and continuous learning.
- Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs to measure the success of long-term tech investments and strategic pivots.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, consulting, or R&D management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
