We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Venue Operations Manager to join our elite team preparing for the historic 2026 FIFA World Cup. As a pivotal player in the New York hosting committee, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our flagship stadium, ensuring a world-class experience for fans, athletes, and officials.

You will manage complex logistics, coordinate with vendors, and implement safety protocols that align with international standards. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance schedules to ensure stadium readiness for high-profile events.
- Coordinate with security teams, medical staff, and emergency responders to implement comprehensive safety protocols.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including catering, cleaning, and technology providers.
- Develop and execute operational budgets, monitoring costs and optimizing resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve operational risks before they impact events.
- Lead a team of floor managers and supervisors during event days to ensure seamless guest flow.
- Collaborate with FIFA officials to ensure all venue compliance standards are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in venue operations, facility management, or large-scale event logistics.
- Strong knowledge of FIFA World Cup operational standards and protocols.
- Proven track record of managing budgets over $1M and leading diverse teams.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
