Responsibilities
- Strategic Oversight: Direct the planning, scheduling, and execution of major project phases for Olympic venues and infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with government bodies, sponsors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize budget and personnel resources to maximize efficiency and minimize risk during the Games.
- Crisis Management: Lead rapid response teams to resolve operational challenges and ensure continuity of events.
- Reporting: Provide high-level reporting on project health, KPIs, and delivery milestones to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management, specifically within large-scale events, construction, or the sports industry.
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or similar professional certification is required.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to senior stakeholders.
