We are looking for dedicated professionals to handle high-volume customer interactions with a focus on satisfaction and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate them to supervisors when necessary to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service protocols and response times.
- Adhere to all company policies, compliance standards, and quality assurance guidelines.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and system updates.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer concerns and system improvements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a recurring basis.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
