Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure IT infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments
- Manage cloud services including AWS, Azure, and Office 365
- Develop automation scripts to streamline IT operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base
- Lead incident response and disaster recovery initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT support experience with enterprise systems
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Proven experience with cloud migration projects
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
